The first thing we do is “level-set.”  We sit down together (virtually or in-person) to analyze who your targeted audience is, what your competitive environment and market positioning looks like, and begin to size your products’ inherent and unique benefits, value, or competitive advantage.

2) POSITION & EXECUTE
After determining what your desired perception in the market should look like — I’ll work to develop activation plans that exploit key advantages and meaningful differences. We’ll work together to create your “promise of value”, your overall message, and execute with strategic campaigns and tactical efforts.

During this phase I am developing a coordinated strategy that can be executed at all levels (global, regional, local).

3) MEASURE
