“Lea-Ann helped grow my understanding of marketing exponentially. She helped my team discover what their assets are, determine their audience and what this target audience wants to hear. I haven’t experienced anyone who helps organizations bring all these components of efficient marketing in a way that is relevant for today’s social economy in the way that Lea-Ann did for us.”

The Challenge:

Sleddogg Word Cloud

The company needed to reposition themselves in a market that has seen dramatic change.

Audubon Environmental Inc. was a global leader in sustaining healthy native ecosystems and smart, efficient natural resource use. The company thrived for years – turning away business and at times requiring customers to have to wait their turn. Then, the economic downturn hit. Builders stopped building…investors stopped investing. And the phone stopped ringing.

The Approach:

We accelerated the learning curve and steps for how to re-position the business.

We carved out an immediate future that involved making changes and being successful — starting off with an assessment of capabilities and skill sets. We determined where there was a growing market. We also took advantage of successful processes and Company sales tools in order to approach markets that were growing and well-funded to make a purchase.

The Results:

As a team we crafted a positioning for the business so that it could move into markets that were growing, and developed a routes-to-market that involved utilizing the existing stellar successes and contacts the company already had.

Lea-Ann assisted us in creating a true brand identity, market differentiation, and alignment with our experience and offerings. She challenged us to think outside of our comfort zone, pushing us to consider new market opportunities and giving us powerful insights into our true value-add for clients. One of the most valuable things that Lea-Ann worked with us on is a well-designed path for future growth and changes.
